WAYNE, Neb. – Minnesota State Moorhead golf concluded play at the Wildcat Classic on Tuesday. The Dragons wrapped the regular season with a 36-hole cumulative score of 693.
On day two, Moorhead saw a three-stroke improvement as a team, shooting a 345.
Both
Halle Balluff and
Aspen Beyer would shoot an identical 83 in their final rounds. Balluff was steady once again, penciling in 11 pars in the round. The senior had four straight pars on the back nine. Beyer had eight pars in her final 18 holes, including a trio of consecutive even holes on the front nine.
Adi Houkom would shoot an 88 in her final 18 holes, which included five pars.
Regan Braun would conclude the Dragon scoring on day two, improving by 13 strokes. Braun shot a second-round 91 with four pars and a birdie. The junior earned one-under marks on the par-four 18
th hole that spanned 328 yards.
Karlee Luneckas would card a 102 on her second day with three pars.
Kamryn Wesloh saw a major individual improvement, shooting a personal best for the third straight tournament. Wesloh shot an 84 in her final round with six even holes, improving by 12 strokes from day one.
