MOORHEAD, Minn. -- Minnesota State Moorhead volleyball gears up for a pair of Homecoming week contests inside Nemzek Fieldhouse. The Dragons host eighth-ranked Concordia-St. Paul on Friday at 6 p.m. before concluding the weekend taking on Winona State on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.

Matchup History...The Golden Bears bolster a 23-match winning streak over the Dragons dating back to the 2008 season. The Dragons last defeated Concordia-St. Paul on November 9, 2007 in a four-set victory. Since 2000, Concordia-St. Paul is 38-3 against MSUM with Moorhead's other two victories coming during the 2000 season. Winona State has won the last 15 matches with the Dragons dating back to the 2014 campaign. The Dragons last defeated the Warriors on October 26, 2013, sweeping Winona State in straight frames.
Halvorson At The Net...Junior middle blocker
Kate Halvorson led the Northern Sun in blocks per set last weekend after a pair of strong matches. Halvorson turned away four attacks against St. Cloud State on Friday. She would improve on that number on Saturday with six blocks against Minnesota State, finishing the week with 10 total blocks. That equaled out to 1.67 blocks per set to lead the conference.
Martini Getting Closer...Senior outside hitter
Maci Martini is nearing the 1,000 dig plateau, entering the weekend bolstering 909 for her career. So far this season, Martini has eight double-double showings and 13 matches with 10 or more digs. In her career, Martini has 16 double-double performances.
Mandell Nears 800...Senior outside hitter
Raiah Mandell sits at 751 career kills entering this weekend after three straight showings with 10 or more kills. Mandell slammed 10 kills against Minnesota Duluth before tallying 12 on a .417 hitting percentage against St. Cloud State. The Mounds View, Minn., native added 10 more kills to her total against Minnesota State on Saturday. So far this season, Mandell leads the Dragons with 191 kills.
Colby Piling Them Up..Senior setter
Madi Colby amassed 1,000 career assists during MSUM's non-conference surge. Colby enters this weekend having dished out 1,177 career assists in her MSUM career, including a team-high 345 in 2026. Currently, Colby sits in 10th place all-time in program history for assists. Colby registered a new career-high of 36 assists against Bemidji State on September 26.
