MOORHEAD, Minn. -- MSU Moorhead golf is set to begin the spring portion of its schedule this week as part of the SMSU Challenge. The Dragons will play 36 holes across Thursday and Friday at the Wigwam Blue Course in Litchfield Park, Ariz.
Live results will be available at msumdragons.com. Tee times are set to start at 11:16 a.m. MSUM has not competed since the USF Invitational on October 14-15.
Fall competition was headlined at the EverSpring Inn & Suites Mustang Invitational on September 28 and 29. True freshman
Aspen Beyer reset the MSUM school record for an 18-hole low round, carding a 74 overall. In the same round, MSUM shot a collective 330 as a team, only three strokes off the 18-hole team low round record.
The Wigwam Blue Course is a par-70 course consisting of a total yardage of 4791. The course features six par-three holes, eight par-fours and four par-five holes.
