Full NCAA Tournament Bracket
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.--The Minnesota State University Moorhead men's basketball team was invited to the NCAA Division II tournament on Sunday night. The No. 5-rated Dragons were selected as the No. 2 seed in the Central Region, slated to face Pittsburgh State (Kansas) on Saturday, March 14 in Sioux Falls, S.D at the Sanford Pentagon.
 
MSUM will return to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in the last four seasons. In 2012, the Dragons defeated Southwest Minnesota State in the first round, the first NCAA Tournament appearance for the program since 1964. MSUM (32-3) enters the 2015 NCAA Tournament as the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Co-Regular Season Champions. The Dragons won the NSIC North Division for the second straight season.
 
Augstana (30-2) from the NSIC, the top rated team in the Central Region, will host the first three rounds of the NCAA Tournament and will face Arkansas Tech on Saturday. Central Missouri State was selected as the No. 3 seed and will face No. 6 Northern State. The winner will face the winner of MSUM/Pittsburg State. No. 4 seed Northwest Missouri State will face No. 5 seed Minnesota State Mankato and will face the winner of Augustana/Arkansas Tech. First round tournament games will be played on Saturday at the Sanford Pentagon, with second round action on Sunday and third round (regional final) action on Tuesday.
 
MSUM Athletics hosted the #DragonsMarchOn Selection Show on Sunday night, honoring numerous student athletes who have qualified for national competition or have been selected for All-Conference honors. The evening event ended with a viewing party of the NCAA selection show.
