REVIEWS

Reviews below may contain some information about the film, so consider this a partial "spoiler alert".

"You could tell they were true team in every sense of the word. Teams like that don't come along all the time. You have to celebrate it. It was a great even to see them get their rings."
Chad Walthall

"I thought Sean did a great job putting everything together and re-creating our season and allowing our Dragon fans to be a part of it."
Megan Hintz

"Motivating, inspiring and bring together young women, and to empower them — to me that was the most amazing thing."
—June Forde

"It was fantastic. When you see stuff like that, you understand what it means to be a Dragon."
Karla Nelson

"I thought it was awesome. It was a display of a great season. It showed how much the team and coach cared about each other. (We got) to watch the inside story that we don't get to see when we watch the games."
—Annette Ambuehl

"The time I spent this summer working on this project was made completely worth it — seeing so many people come to see it and support MSUM women's basketball! It's hard to pin down how long this process took with all the late night renders and tiny changes between cuts, but seeing it on the silver screen at the Fargo Theatre was such a surreal experience. Getting a standing ovation was so overwhelming and amazing. And now having the opportunity to share my work again on TV has gone farther than anything I could have ever dreamt of."

"It's a privilege to be able to show my film at such an amazing venue as the Fargo Theatre," said GO! TEAM videographer Sean Rice.  "It doesn't really feel real yet that I'm having my film on such an iconic screen. I'm very excited to see what the team and others think of this project we've worked all summer on!"

"When I think back to all of the memories created during my time playing ball at MSUM," said all-time winningest Dragons women's basketball player Jacky Volkert.  "There are certain things I remember simply from experiencing them myself, but there are also memories and stories that come back to me when I look at pictures and videos captured by the GO! TEAM.  I think about all of the hidden moments during games, practices, and other team events these talented individuals capture that spectators and participants often miss.  With having had the season we did last year, it makes me really appreciate the GO! TEAM and all of the time and effort they put into making sure those types of moments, both big and small, are noticed. Thanks to their passion in photography, technology, and sports, we (athletes and fans) are all able to enjoy these precious memories for the rest of our lives."

"This documentary fills me with Dragon Pride because it is an intersection of so many fantastic experiences our students have had," said athletics director Doug Peters.  "Sean Rice wins a championship for story telling while our players get to relive their championship season.  Our coaches and staff come to Nemzek Hall every day with the goal of providing a great experience and this is a great example of that!"

"This night will allow our program to thank Sean for all his work documenting a memorable season," said head coach Karla Nelson.  "It also gives us an opportunity to thank Dragon fans for their support.  Last year was a season for the record books and being able to relive it at the Fargo Theatre with fans, friends, and family only adds to the thrill and allows us to share the memories together!  Again, we want to thank everyone involved and we look forward to the 2019-20 season."
