2014: Appeared in 28 matches with 26 starts...played all 100 sets on the season..led MSUM with 570 set assists as part of MSUM's 6-2 attack...finished fourth on the team with 211 digs...had a career-high 38 set assists against Missouri Western (9/13/14)...had 16 matches with 20 assists oer more...had career-high 17 digs in five-set loss at Upper Iowa (11/7/14)...finished with 15 service aces...named to NSIC Fall All-Academic team for second straight year.

2013: Appeared in 24 matches, starting 10 at setter position...missed four matches with injury...sharing setting duties with teammate Sam Sullivan, Baer had 462 set assists, an average of 4.91 per set...also had 170 digs...had season-high 29 set assists in four-set win over Northern State (9/24/13)...had 13 matches with 20 set assists or more...named to NSIC Fall All-Academic team.

2012: Appeared in 26 matches, starting nine...earned 368 assists, 194 digs, 10 service aces and six kills...had a career-high 31 set assists twice, including against Minnesota-Duluth on 9/14/12.

Prep: Had a solid all-around career at Canby HS...recorded 3,500 set assists in career...two-year captain and five-year letterwinner overall...all-state honorable mention in 2011...team MVP in 2008 and 2011...also part of conference championship team in 2009...played for SW Minnesota Juniors club team that placed third in nationals in 2010 and fifth in nationals in 2009...also played basketball and was a three-year letterwinner.
