Biography

2022-23: Set a season-best time of 1:16.77 in the 100-yard breaststroke at the Rochester Invitational...set a personal-best time of 27.49 in the 50-yard free at the Sioux Falls Quad Invite. 

Prep: Dropped more than 20 seconds off of 100 breaststroke time for a personal-best of 1:12…team captain in 2021-22…competed in 100 breaststroke and sprint free events during high school career..four-year letterwinner. 

Personal: Daughter of Melanie and Steven Cota...undecided major.
