Prep: Was a six-year letterwinner in swimming & diving for Melrose Area High School, concentrating on backstroke and freestyle events...was a team captain as a senior while also being voted her team's MVP...was a four-time Minnesota state qualifier...earned numerous all-conference honors at Melrose beginning in her eighth grade year...was voted the team's best newcomer as a seventh grader...also competed in gymnastics and sychronized swimming. 

Personal: Daughter of Paula and Jonathan Ruoff. Majoring in exercise science.
