Biography

Before MSUM: Played the previous two seasons for Colorado Mesa University, playing in six matches for 47 total minutes...was RMAC All-Academic selection in 2024. 

Prep: Made 40 career starts for Sentinel High School with eight career goals...helped Sentinel to a state championship during the 2022-23 season where she was a team captain...was named an all-conference player from 2020 until her senior season...was also tabbed an all-state performer in 2023...played club soccer for Missoula Striker FC...also competed in basketball

Personal: Daughter of Bridget and Lance Allen. Majoring in exercise science.
