2023-24: Played in 28 games, starting 26 for the Dragons...averaged 5.6 points and 4.4 rebounds during the season with a 38.7 percent connection rate from the field...scored in double figures on six different occasions led by a 15-point performance against Sioux Falls on January 13...scored 11 points on a perfect four of four shooting to go along with seven rebounds against Southwest Minnesota State on February 24. 

Prep: Has career averages of 13.5 points and eight rebounds per game. Heading into her senior season, has totaled 703 career points at West Fargo Sheyenne. Has career highs of 28 points and 16 rebounds in a game. Was named to the All-EDC team as a junior. Competed for the North Tartan AAU program.

Personal: Daughter of Andrea and Mike Metcalf. Plans to major in exercise science.
