2019: Named to NSIC All-Academic Team for indoor and outdoor seasons...finished second in 1,500 at 5:12.10 at Concordia-BSU Duel (5/4/19).
2018: Contributed in distance events...finished sixth at the Cobber Open indoors (1/20/18).
2017: Provided depth in the distance events…had a season best finish of eighth place in the 1,500 at the Al Bortke Open.
Prep: Named Leader of the Pack as a senior…named Most Valuable Runner as a junior…five-year letterwinner in cross country and four-year letterwinner in track and field.
Personal: Daughter of Katrina and William Welder...biology major...born Sept. 29, 1997.
