Career highlights: Four-time first-team All-NSIC honoree...earned six academic All-American honors...holds five school records.
2012: Had an outstanding season...was NSIC champion in 600 meters 1:36.93...placed fourth in 200 meters indoor 25.62...national qualifying mark in 4X400m relay (3:52.98), which was a school record...part of NSIC record-setting and conference champion team in 4x100 relay (46.63), which was also school record...part of NSIC champion and conference-record setting 4x400 relay team (3:47.87)...team captain.
2011: Placed sixth at NSIC indoor Championships in 600 meters...placed third in 4x400m relay at NSIC indoor championships, which was a national qualifying mark.
2010: At NSIC Indoor championships, placed fifth in 4x400m relay...ran the 200m and the 400m at the indoor and outdoor NSIC championships...at NSIC outdoor championships placed 2nd 4x400m relay.
Prep: School record holder in 200 meters and 400 meters and part of 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relay teams...four-time all-state in track and field...soccer and track team captain.
