XC: Competed in three meets for the Dragons, collecting a 6k collegiate best of 19:14.2 at the Dragon Twilight on September 13...also ran a new personal-best in te 8k at the Jimmie Invitational behind a mark of 27:48.5.
Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Dragons...registered collegiate bests in both the mile run (4:36.01) and the 3000m run (9:11.80)...finished ninth overall in the 3000m at the Bison Open with a time of 9:19.78. 
Outdoor: Ran in four meets for the Dragons in a variety of distance events...had a top individual finish at the NDSU Spring Classic, finishing 14th in the 1500m behind a personal best mark of 4:16.98...also set personal bests in the 5000m (15:39.92) and the 10,000m (34:23.44) during the season...registered the 10k personal best at the conference championships, placing 18th overall. 

Prep: Ran both the 1600m and 3200m in track & field, marking a personal best of 4:44.31 in the 1600m and 9:49.3 in the 3200m...in cross country, holds a personal best time of 15:49 in the 5k...was a three-time all-conference selection across his track & field and cross country career...was his conference's cross country champion in 2022 while being named conference runner of the year...won a conference championship in the 3200m as well
