2014: Earned All-NSIC honors in the 4x400 relay (outdoors) after team won title with a time of 3:14.48...also earned All-NSIC honors (indoors) as part of the winning 4x400 relay team that won conference title with a time of 3:20.49...part of 4x400 relay that qualified for nationals indoors and placed 12th (3:19.95)...also part of winning 4x400 relay that was victorious at the Masanz Classic (5/3/14) with a time of 3:21.15...part of the 4x400 relay that was fourth at the Drake Relays (3:12.21)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2013: Earned two All-NSIC honors as part of a pair of relays...was part of the 4x400 relay team that finished second at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:20.91...also earned all-conference honors as part of 4x400 relay that finished second at NSIC Indoor Championships (3:20.01)...part of winning 4x400 relay at Jack Johnson Classic (3:20.50)...earned NSIC All-Academic honors both indoors and outdoors...was part of 4x400 relay that finished 11th at NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3:18.60).

2012: Ran best time of 50.01 in 400 meters...won 400 meters at Al Cassell Relays..also named to Dean's List.

Prep: Four-time all-conference in track...ran best times of 2:00.1 in 800 meters and 50.7 in 400 meters...six-year track letterwinner...three-year football letterwinner.
