Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Dragons in weight throw...had a season-best showing at the Bison Team Cup with a top toss of 42-07.5 (12.99m) to finish 17th...placed ninth overall in the weight throw at the Cobber Open, slinging a 42-02 (12.85m)...NSIC All-Academic Team...Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award winner.
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Dragons in both the discus and hammer throws...competed in hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, logging a top throw of 138-11 (42.35m) to place 13th overall...had a top hammer throw showing at the Bison Open, slinging a personal best 140-10 (42.93m)…had a season best discus showing at the Viking Twilight, tossing a 121-11 (37.17m) to place fifth...also placed fifth in the hammer throw at the same meet with a mark of 138-10 (42.32m)...earned top five finishes in both the discus and hammer at the Al Cassell Classic...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2023-24
Indoor: Competed in four meet during the indoor season...turned in a personal-best in the weight throw at the UND Open with a toss of 43-5 (13.23m) to finish 16th overall at the meet...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Dragons...registered a new personal best in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a toss of 139-0 (42.37m)...had three top ten finishes during the season across hammer throw and discus, led by a fourth place discus effort at the UMary Classic...tossed a personal best in the event at the meet with a throw of 131-09 (40.15m), which is now the eighth-best discus throw in school history...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2022-23
Indoor: Set new career bests in both the shot put and weight throw throughout the indoor season...had a top shot put of 36'-01.5" at the Bison Open and tossed a 43'-0.5" in the weight throw the following week at the SDSU Indoor Classic...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets, registering a season-best shot put mark of 36-5.75 (11.12m) at the Ron Masanz Classic...also set a new personal-best in the hammer throw at the NDSU Tune-Up with a mark of 131-8 (40.13m)...collected a collegiate-best in the discus throw at the Al Bortke Open with a mark of 121-1 (36.90m)...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District selection.

2021-22: Competed in shot put, discus and hammer throw...placed 11th in the hammer throw at the Ron Masanz Classic...also finished 12th in the shot put at the same meet.

Prep: Placed first at Colorado Springs Metro League in 2019...four-year letterwinner.
