Indoor: Did not compete...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
Outdoor: Did not compete...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 

2022-23
Indoor: Finished runner-up in the shot put at the Cobber Indoor Open with a toss of 45'-09.25"...set a massive personal-best in the shot put at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships, hurling a 50'-03.75" to finish ninth overall...bested his previous career mark in the weight throw at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a mark of 47'-05"...NSIC All-Academic Team.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets, finishing 10th in the shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a top throw of 48-5.5 (14.77m)...set a personal-best in the discus at the USD Early Bird with a throw of 156-8 (47.75m)...had a season-best shot put of 49-7.25 (15.12m) at the Al Bortke Open to finish third...NSIC All-Academic Team.

2021-22: Competed in shot put and discus for MSUM...placed fourth in the discus at the Ron Masanz Classic...finished eight in the shot put at the Holst Invitational.

2020-21: Competed at Southwest Minnesota State.

Prep: Team captain...two-time all-conference honoree...had HS bests of 49-4 in shot put and 155-2 in discus, both in junior year.

Personal: Son of Jane Welter-Nolan and George Nolan...nursing major.
