XC: All-NSIC Second Team following a 16th-place finish at the NSIC Cross Country Championships...registered a new personal best in the 8k at the conference meet with a time of 24:38.5, the 13th-fastest 8k in school history...set a new 6k personal best of 18:54.2 at the Dragon Twilight...finished ninth at the Jimmie Invitational behind an 8k mark of 26:17.5. 
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, setting new indoor bests in both the 3000m (8:45.13) and the mile run (4:25.28)...competed in both the 3000m and 5000m at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships, earning a sixth-place finish in the 5k behind a time of 15:09.51...had a fourth-place finish in the 3000m at the Bison Team Cup, clocking a time of 8:55.59. 
Outdoor: Ran in a pair of meets for the Dragons, competing in both the 5000m and the 10,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...placed ninth in the 10k at the conference championships with a time of 32:32.47...clocked a season best 15:26.41 in the 5000m at the conference championships as well....earned an event win in the 5000m at the Bison Open, clocking a time of 15:57.91.

2023-24
XC: Ran in all five meets headlined by a sixth place finish at the Dragon Twilight with a new personal-best 6k mark of 18:38.3...also set a new personal-best in the 8k at the NSIC Cross Country Championships, clocking a 25:19.4 to finish 23rd overall...reset his 10k personal-best at the NCAA Central Region Championships with a time of 32:10.4, the 18th-fastest 10k mark in school history. 
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the indoor season...registered a personal-best in the 1000m at the Cobber Indoor Open with a time of 2:40.10...also set a new personal-best in the indoor 3000m at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 8:45.60 to finish 10th overall in the event. 
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for MSUM, earning an event win the 5000m at the UMary Classic with a time of 15:18.58...also earned a third place finish in the event at the USD Early Bird...placed fifth overall in the 10,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 32:07.97...also finished 11th in the 5000m at the conference championships with a season best effort of 15:08.10.

2022-23
XC: Had a season-best 6k time of 20:06.6 at the Dragon Twilight...set personal records in the 8k (27.17.1) and 10k (32.26.7) with the 10k mark coming at the NCAA Central Region Cross Country Championships.
Indoor: Reset his career bests in the 3000m and 5000m during the season...ran a 8:50.80 in the 3000m at the Bison Open and clocked a 15:07.66 in the 5000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic...won the 3000m run at the Mike Thorson Open with a time of 9:12.65.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets, finishing fifth in the 10,0000m run at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 31:55.87...placed ninth in the 5000m run at the conference meet with a personal-best time of 14:50.95, which is the ninth-fastest 5000m in MSUM history...also clocked a personal-best time of 4:01.65 in the 1500m at the Al Bortke Open to finish third.

Prep: Two-time state meet participant in cross country…three-time all-conference… personal best 5K time of 15:58.8…part of 4x800 relay that qualified for state in 2021 and finished eighth…named Most Valuable Runner…four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track. 2022 MSHSL State Championship Qualifier in the 3200m. Personal best times of 9:46.03 for 3200m and 4:31.66 for 1600m.  

Personal: Son of Andrea and Abel Dorado...exercise science major.
