2024-25
Indoor: Competed in seven meets for the Dragons during the indoor season...had a top weight throw showing at the UND Open, hurling a 49-01.75 (14.98m) to place eighth overall...finished fourth overall in the weight throw at the Cobber Open, tossing a 46-0.5 (14.03m).
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Dragons in both discus and hammer throw...competed in discus at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a top toss of 110-08 (33.73m)...registered a discus personal best at the Bison Open, throwing a 127-01 (38.74m)...also set a personal best in hammer throw at the Viking Twilight, slinging a 143-02 (43.64m) for a third-place finish...also placed fourth in the discus at the same meet, tossing a 122-05 (37.32m).
Prep: Played in 28 games on the offensive and defensive line for West Fargo High School, making 18 starts for the Packers...was a two-year captain for the Packers while also earning All-EDC honorable mention honors in 2023...was a member of the West Fargo team that was state runner-up in 2021...also competed in track & field where he was a 2024 state qualifier.
Personal: Son of Carrie Summerfield and Shawn Stewart. Majoring in exercise science.
