2023-24:
Indoor: Competed in one meet before shutting down his indoor season to rehab an injury...finished fifth in the 400m at the Dakota Alumni Classic with a time of 50.99...was also a member of MSUM's 4x400m relay team that competed at the same meet...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for MSUM, clocking a season best time of 48.92 in the 400m at the Dewey Donat Classic to finish fifth...had season best efforts of 11.02 in the 100m and 22.59 in the 200m...was a member of MSUM's 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that each earned top ten finishes at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...finished runner-up in the 400m at the UMary Classic with a time of 49.03...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District Team.

2022-23
Indoor: Was a member of MSUM's All-NSIC 4x400m relay team that took runner-up honors at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships...was also an All-NSIC performer in the 200m, where he clocked a 22.06 to finish third...won the 400m at the Minnesota State Massive Meet #2 with a time of 49.99...won the 200m dash at the Dakota Alumni Classic with a season-best time of 21.99...set a career-best time in the 60m dash at the same meet with a mark of 7.14...NSIC All-Academic Team.
Outdoor: All-NSIC performer as a part of both the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that finished runner-up at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...set a personal-best time of 48.48 in the 400m at the South Florida Invitational...placed seventh in the 400m at the conference meet with a mark of 48.84...was a part of two 4x100m relay and one 4x400m event wins during the season...NSIC All-Academic Team...CSC Academic All-District selection...USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2021-22: Ran in the 200, 400 and relays for MSUM...was a part of MSUM's NSIC champion 4x400 meter relay team during the outdoor season...All-NSIC in the 200 meter, finishing second at the NSIC Indoor Championships...All-NSIC in the 400 meter after finishing third at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.

Prep: Alberta Provincial champion in the 400 meters and 4x400 mixed relay...competed in sprint events.

Personal: Son of Zoe and John Adair...criminal justice major.
