2018: Part of indoor DMR that finished eighth at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/24/18) with a time of 10:35.71...competed in the miles outdoors, best finish was seventh at NDSU Tuneup (5/4/18) with a time of 4:17.27.
2017: Competed in the 800M, 1500, Mile, 3000M, and the steeplechase… was a member of the seventh place DMR at the Indoor NSIC Championships… won the steeplechase at the Lyle Hokanson Classic.
Prep: Team MVP in cross country…two-time all-conference selection in cross country…state participant in cross country…five-year letterwinner in both track and cross country.
Personal: Son of Tamela and Sean Deringer...business management major...born March 12, 1998.
