Indoor: Competed in seven meets for the Dragons, primarily in multi-event action...collected a personal best heptathlon score of 3880 at the Bison Open...set personal bests in the shot put, pole vault, long jump, high jump and 1000m within that meet...placed 15th in the heptathlon at the NSIC Championships, setting a personal best in the 60m dash...had a top 60m hurdle performance of 8.97 to place fourth at the Bison Team Cup.
Outdoor:
Prep: Competed at Brainerd High School where he was an all-conference hurdler...clocked personal bests of 15.35 in the 110m hurdles, 42.74 in the 300m hurdles and 23.3 in the 200m dash...also competed in swimming & diving where he was an all-conference and all-state diver.
Personal: Son of Kerri and David Herath. Majoring in nursing.
