2024-25
Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets during the season...tossed a personal best in the weight throw at the Bison Open with a throw of 43-0.5 (13.12m)...had a top finish at the Cobber Open, placing 12th in the weight throw with a toss of 40-2.25 (12.25m). 
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Dragons and saw improvement throughout the season in hammer throw...set a personal best in the event at the Cobber Open, tossing a 138-11 (42.35m) for a sixth-place finish...placed third in the hammer throw at the Viking Twilight, throwing a 137-03 (41.84m)...earned fourth-place marks in hammer at the Al Cassell Classic, tossing a 138-05 (42.18m), a personal best at the time...competed in hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, placing 15th overall (41.72m).

2023-24
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the indoor season...set a personal-best in the indoor weight throw at the Bison Team Cup with a toss of 41-04.25 (12.60m)...also finished fourth in shot put at the same meet...had a top shot put performance of 29-04 (8.94m) at the Bison Open. 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Dragons...earned a personal best in the javelin throw at the USD Early Bird with a throw of 76-0 (23.18m)...also set a personal best in the hammer throw at the Al Cassell Classic with a toss of 129-7 (39.50m)...finished 10th overall in that event at the same meet. 

2022-23
Indoor: Had a top mark of 29'-02.5" in the indoor shot put, setting the number at the UND Open...set a personal-best in the weight throw with a top toss of 37'-10.5" at the Bison Open.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets, registering personal-bests in the discus throw (107-11), hammer throw (114-06) and the shot put (30-09.25) during the season.
