2021: Competed in distance events...best finish was fifth in the mile at Marauders Indoor Invite, running a time of 6:07...named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence for Indoor and Outdoor seasons.
2019-20: Competed in distance events...finished seventh in mile at Beaver Invite (1/25/20)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence for both indoor and outdoor seasons...outdoor season canceled because of COVID-19.
2018-19: Distance competitor...part of 4x400 relay that finished fourth at Cobber Twilight.
Prep: Three-time all-conference selection in cross country…two-time all-conference selection in track…captain in both cross country and track… best time of 18:50 in 5K, 5:25 in 1,600 and 12:02 in 3,200.
