2016: Won the Cobber Twilight (4/26/16) in the 400m with a time of 49.78 while also being a part of the 4x400m team that won in a time of 3:30.10...capped off the season with a fifth-place finish in the 400m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/13-14/16) with a time of 50.77.

Prep: Team captain…offensive MVP…all-conference…three-year letterwinner in football…also lettered in basketball and track and field…holds section record in 400-meter dash and was Class AA state runner-up in event in 2014…father, Dave, played for MSUM from 1984-87.

Personal: Son of Shannon and Dave Lawrence...education major...born April 9, 1995.
