MSU Moorhead Athletics

2023-24
Indoor: Joined the Dragons late in the season and competed at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships, finishing 30th in shot put with a mark of 42-11 (13.08m).
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for MSUM with three top ten finishes in shot put throughout the season...registered a personal best toss of 49-07.75 (15.13m) at the UMary Classic, leading to a third place finish...tossed a 47-10.5 (14.59m) at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. 

Prep: All-state honoree….also All-EDC first team selection…senior captain…part of state championship team as a senior…three-year letterwinner.

Personal: Son of Jerilyn and Ryan Sellheim...biology major.
