2016: Earned All-NSIC honors in 800 meters (indoors) with third place finish at indoor conference championships…won the Cobber Twilight (4/26/16) in the 400m with a time of 59.50…won the Ron Masanz Classic (5/7/16) in the 800m with a time of 2:16.56…had two wins indoors as well, winning 800 and 400 at different events.

2015: National qualifier indoors in 800, finished 18th in 2:21.16...NSIC Outdoor Champion in 800 meters with career-best time of 2:10.89...also earned All-NSIC honors indoors as part of distance medley relay team that finished second with a time of 12:07...part of 4x400 relay that was fourth at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15) in 3:56.21....finished with three event wins outdoors, including two in the 800-meter run and one in the 400 at NSU Open (4/11/15)...finished fifth in the 800 at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/15) with a time of 2:16.41.

2014: Redshirted both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2013: Had a solid debut season with four wins and earned all-conference honors in 800 meters during outdoor season...finished third in 800 meters at NSIC Outdoor Championships with time of 2:15.34, which was a personal-best (5/11/13)...won 800 meters at Howard Wood Relays (outdoor) with time of 2:16.76 (5/4/13)...won 600 meters at Cobber Duals (indoor) with time of 1:42.20 (2/2/13)...also part of victorious distance medley relay at same meet...won 800 meers at Cobber Open (indoor) with time of 2:25.52 (1/26/13).

Prep: Three-time all-state cross country honoree...earned 16 all-state track honors...won six state championships -- two in 1,600 meters, one in 3,200, one in 800 and two as part of relays...named North Dakota Gatorade Runner of the Year in 2009...named Senior Athlete of the Year at West Fargo.
