Outdoor: Did not compete.
Before MSUM: Spent the 2022 season as a member of Minot State's roster, dashing to a season-best 5k time of 20:12.1 at the Jimmie Invitational...prior to Minot State, spent her freshman campaign at UT Permian Basin where she competed in five cross country meets with a top 5k time of 22:43.3.
Prep: Attended Odessa High School in Odessa, Texas, where she clocked a career-best 800m time of 2:33.30...also had a top 400m time 1:04.54...was a three-time district champion in cross country and a one-time regional champion...was a three-time regional qualifier in track & field and a four-time qualifier in cross country...was a five-time All-American for Wings Track Club out of Houston, Texas, competing for 13 years for the club...also competed in volleyball, basketball and powerlifting.
Personal: Daughter of Angela and Eule Ford. Majoring in criminal justice and finance.
