Biography

2025: Did not play due to injury...NSIC All-Academic Team. 

2024: Played in six games for the Dragons, primarily on special teams, before injury cut his season short...made two total tackles on the year. 

2023: Utilized the three-game redshirt rule…played in one game for the Dragons, making one tackle. 

Prep: 18 games started with 65 tackles, nine tackles for loss, a blocked field goal, three interceptions, five fumble recoveries with two defensive touchdowns...team captain and all-district defensive back of the year.

Personal: Son of Sonya and Dustin Vierstraete. Majoring in construction management.

Coach Laqua: “Jonah is a sure tackler and that’s a guy who you see comes down and consistently makes plays. When we turn the film on, you see that he’s a good football player. He reminds me of one of our former captains Shad Vedaa.”
