Biography

2024: All-NSIC Second Team...played and started in all 11 games for the Dragons and was steady all season, tallying 49 total tackles, including 26 solo stops...had nine tackles for loss during the season while the leading the Dragons with 4.5 sacks, totaling 29 lost yards...had two quarterback hurries and a fumble recovery during the season as well...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District selection. 

2023: Played in all 11 games for the Dragons on the defensive line, making 25 total tackles...also made 6.5 tackles for loss including 2.5 sacks during the season...had two quarterback hurries to go along with a forced fumble and fumble recovery...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 

2022: Played in all 11 games for the Dragons and would go on to tally 33 solo tackles and 46 tackles overall...had a team-best 11 tackles for loss along with three sacks...also led the team in forced fumbles, registering three for the season...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2021: Played in 11 games for MSUM, collecting 20 solo tackles and 34 tackles overall...also had five and a half tackles for loss including two and a half sacks for 17 yards lost...had three quarterback hits and a team-best four forced fumbles on the year.

2020: Season canceled due to Covid-19.

Prep: All-state and all-conference selection...team captain and MVP...finished with 1,000 career yards receiving...three-year letterwinner...also lettered in hockey and baseball.

Personal: Son of Karla and Scott Sheets...undecided major.
