Biography

2016: Named to NSIC North Division Second Team at linebacker...started all 11 games...led team with 83 tackles...had a career-high 15 tackles at Bemidji State (11/5) along with two sacks...had double-digit tackles three times...had 8.5 tackles for loss, including four sacks...had two interceptions...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for fall season.

2015: Named NSIC North Division honorable mention for second straight year...played in all 11 games, recording 63 tackles, including 32 solo... had two interceptions and recovered one fumble...had a season-high eight tackles on two different occasions...also had seven tackles for loss...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for fall season.

2014: Named NSIC North Division honorable mention...named USA College Football DII Freshman All-American...started all 11 games at safety...led team with 91 tackles and also had a team-best 51 solo stops...had three interceptions to share the team lead...also had five pass breakups, a sack, two forced fumbles and a blocked field goal...had a career-high 12 tackles twice, including against Northern State (10/11/14) and against Bemidji State (11/8/14)...named NSIC Defensive Player of the Week (11/10/14)...had four games of double-digit tackles.

2013: Sat out as a redshirt.

Prep: Named Outstanding Senior Athlete of the Year in Class A football...part of 2011 football state championship team...team captain...two-time all-state running back...also Region 3 Senior Athlete of the Year in wrestling.
