2022: Played in all 11 games on the defensive line for the Dragons, totaling 40 tackles with 24 being unassisted...had eight tackles for loss along with three sacks on the season...had a fumble forced and a fumble recovery by year's end...had three solo tackles and a pair of sacks against Mary.

2021: Sat out as a redshirt.

Prep: First-team all-state honoree…all-conference selection…part of three conference championship teams…team captain…had 7.5 sacks, 43.5 tackles and 15 tackles for loss as a senior…two-year letterwinner.

Personal: Son of Marie and Tim Hestdalen...sustainability major.
