2013: Enjoyed a breakout season and emerged as team's top runner...was named to All-NSIC second team after finishing 17th at conference championships (10/26/13)...had two wins on the season...won the MSUM Randy Smith Invitational with a time of 25:09. (9/13/13)...also won the Jimmie Invitational (10/11/13).
2012: Cross Country: Ran season best time of 26:03.63 in a 7th place finish at the SDSU Classic…finished 33rd at the NSIC Championships with a time of 26:58.9.
2011: Cross Country: Ran the 8k at four cross country events…ran 8k personal best at Randy Smith Invitational on Sept.9 and finished 12th.
