FARGO, N.D. – Minnesota State Moorhead seniors
Jack Strand,
Gage Florence and
Brady Perryman competed at North Dakota State's Pro Day on Thursday morning. The Dragon trio participated in front of 28 NFL teams inside the Nodak Insurance Football Performance Complex.
Official height and weight measurements began the morning, followed by an array of agility and strength drills. Florence tallied 13 repetitions on the bench press with Perryman pushing the bar up nine times. All three student-athletes logged vertical jumps next, led by Strand with a 35-inch mark. Florence registered a 30-inch jump while Perryman checked in 33.5 inches.
In the broad jump, Strand notched a 10-1 mark with Florence (9-9) and Perryman (9-8) not far behind. Florence set a personal best in the 40-yard dash session, marking a 4.66. Perryman showed his burst of speed with a 4.67 mark with Strand clocking in a 4.78.
To conclude the session, Strand and his receivers were tasked with a 50-pass script with varying routes. Strand threw passes to Florence and Perryman, as well as current Dragons
